Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our newly established Global Qcommerce Hub squads based in Dubai. This role offers the chance to build products locally that influence global markets. Working within Delivery Hero's central product team, you will collaborate closely with teams in Berlin and stakeholders in 70+ countries to own the full product lifecycle and develop systems with worldwide scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive product vision and roadmap involving SKU lifecycle management, pricing, store operations, merchandising, and availability platforms.
• Own product discovery processes by clearly defining problems, validating hypotheses with data, running structured user research, and prioritizing initiatives based on solid evidence.
• Design product architecture to smoothly integrate with global microservices, working with engineering on API design, data flows, and system boundaries involving catalog, pricing, supply chain, and operations.
• Lead a cross-functional team composed of engineers, data scientists, and designers to transition from foundational platforms to AI-powered production user experiences.
• Convert strategic goals into exact requirements, using automation to empower teams managing large SKU inventories to make actionable decisions.
• Set strategic direction to balance near-term automation improvements with long-term AI-based advances.
• Partner with engineering teams on API and service architecture, ensuring robust data pipelines.
• Engage proactively with operational users and teams to uncover unmet needs and confirm where automation and AI can reduce friction most effectively.
• Share responsibility for delivery schedules, making pragmatic trade-offs to release quality product increments.
• Collaborate with central teams in Berlin and regional commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment on global execution and adoption.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years of product management experience with a proven record in delivering impactful products, whether consumer-focused, internal tools, B2B platforms, or decision-support systems; experience in retail, supply chain, or marketplaces is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills capable of translating complex business requirements into clear specifications and managing expectations of senior stakeholders across diverse teams.
• Strong autonomous ownership, able to set direction, make trade-offs, and take full accountability for results.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts—while not expected to build models, able to leverage AI, machine learning, and large language models for informed product decision-making and user value delivery.
• Technical aptitude to discuss machine learning inputs, outputs, and recommendation engines confidently with engineering leads.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a record of maintaining momentum across multiple global markets.
• Analytical thinker who relies on data to support hypotheses and can navigate complex operational workflows without losing sight of the overarching goals.
