- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with technology vendors, customers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate partnership contracts while keeping business goals and legal requirements aligned.
- Represent the partnerships team in executive discussions with external partners and important stakeholders.
- Keep partnership records, pipeline updates, and relationship details accurate and current in Salesforce.
- Track market shifts and emerging technologies to surface new partnership opportunities and deepen industry knowledge.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related area is required; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business strategy, business development, or management consulting in a SaaS or software setting.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic technology partnerships.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to assess market opportunities and rank initiatives by priority.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to build business cases, financial models, competitive analyses, and executive-ready presentations.
- Well-developed contract negotiation and partnership management skills.
- Excellent organizational ability and a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with software platforms and emerging technologies, along with good technical aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare technology, senior care, or acute care is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool is preferred.
