Role Overview
This position focuses on expanding spot trading growth by identifying product opportunities, improving user engagement, and helping shape the roadmap for business expansion. The role calls for a strong mix of market understanding, product thinking, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Own initiatives that help increase spot trading market share by spotting product gaps, new ideas, and areas for improvement.
- Work with internal stakeholders to create and refine a business growth roadmap based on a solid understanding of the market and retail user behavior.
- Use data analysis to uncover insights, define KPIs, monitor progress, and drive measurable improvements.
- Lead product and tooling improvements that support broader business goals.
- Coordinate closely with related business units to secure alignment and deliver outcomes that benefit both spot users and adjacent teams.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial services or crypto, with a focus on retail growth for products or services.
- Working knowledge of blockchain and the wider Web3 ecosystem.
- Ability to engage communities when needed, gather feedback, and turn it into actions that strengthen active user and volume growth.
- Prior experience partnering with product and engineering teams to ship new features.
- Comfort working independently with limited supervision while also supporting and guiding teammates.
- Strong logical reasoning and the ability to use data to propose practical solutions.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication skills, high motivation, and the ability to learn quickly.
