Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, engage them with a smile, and understand their sporting needs effectively.
• Maintain ongoing interactions to connect deeply with customers and nurture relationships.
• Encourage and promote participation in sports by involving customers in sports communities.
• Personally engage in sports activities to motivate customers to join community sports events.
• Stay updated on events and sports activities, urging customers to take part in Decathlon-organized or local sporting events aligned with their interests.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering attentive and personalized service.
• Recommend suitable products and services based on individual customer requirements.
• Utilize all sales channels including in-store and mobile app to fulfill customer demands efficiently.
• Offer additional services such as buyback options, repair and maintenance, and product personalization to enrich customer experience.
• Facilitate a seamless and hassle-free checkout process for customers.
• Suggest complementary products that enhance customers' sporting experiences.
• Manage inventory diligently to assure product availability supporting omnichannel sales.
• Keep store signage updated to help customers make informed choices easily.
• Enable customers to test products and solutions before purchase.
• Provide the best possible personalized sports solutions guided by customers' needs.
• Ensure availability of all essential services related to customers’ sports interests.
• Promote Decathlon’s Circular offers and associated customer services.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

• Should be welcoming, approachable, and engaging in customer interactions.

Additional Details and Terms

• Employment is part-time and strictly on-site at the Dombivli, Maharashtra location.
• Office operates five days a week.
• The yearly salary ranges between ₹412,000 and ₹447,500.
• Health insurance benefits are provided.
