Role Overview

Your main responsibility is to cultivate a welcoming and enjoyable shopping environment for customers, consistently surpassing their expectations. As a key team member, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Key Duties

• Embody the Spendless Way each day in customer interactions
• Adhere to the four C's of customer care to enhance service quality
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to deliver exceptional shopping experiences
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and presentation
• Promote and increase sales of Value Add Products (VAPs) such as accessories
