Job description

Role overview

This is a full-time permanent management position based at AUT’s North Shore Campus. The role sits within the Sport & Fitness Centre team and involves guiding a strong team in a lively, service-oriented sport and fitness setting.

You will help shape both the strategic direction and day-to-day running of AUT Sport & Fitness Centres across three Auckland campuses. The work combines leadership, operations, and customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality recreation and fitness services for students, staff, and the wider community.
