We are seeking a driven B2B Sales Manager to oversee and expand a substantial business portfolio with a strong growth trajectory. This role demands proactive revenue generation and team leadership, offering a progression path towards a Senior Business Manager position.

Role Responsibilities
- Forge and sustain relationships with marketing leaders across asset categories in target markets.
- Boost event sponsorship revenue through thorough sponsor research and engagement for CRE conferences.
- Collaborate with event production to design sponsor-centric programs aligned with client interests.
- Continuously devise innovative and relevant topics responsive to industry trends.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs individually and as part of a team.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to log daily activities meticulously.
- Partner closely with the sales team to expedite sales cycles and broaden account outreach.
- Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure sponsorship, marketing, and financial success of events.
- Attend, participate enthusiastically, and emcee local events.
- Maintain up-to-date marketplace understanding to maximize value delivery to partners.
- Gain expertise in Bisnow's platform to advise partners on effective product solutions.
- Proactively resolve client issues and concerns.
- Identify and approach prospective advertisers and sponsors for both digital and live platforms.
- Take ownership of strategic sales processes with focus on client objectives and company goals.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 3 to 6 years’ experience in external B2B sales.
- Exhibit high energy, intelligence, enthusiasm, and a blend of entrepreneurial and disciplined work ethics.
- Demonstrate successful team collaboration and a passion for client-facing sales roles.
- Show strong interest in the commercial real estate market.
- Be receptive to feedback and motivated by constructive criticism.
- Flourish in dynamic, fast-paced, evolving sales settings with resilience and a "never quit" mindset.
