Role overview

This contract role focuses on evaluating German-language speech AI interactions for quality and usefulness. You will join short voice conversations with AI systems through a provided platform, assess the model’s replies, and contribute feedback that helps improve the performance of German AI products.

What you will do

  • Take part in brief voice-based conversations with AI models using the assigned platform.
  • Work through supplied prompts and scenarios during each interaction.
  • Review AI responses and judge them on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
  • Submit unbiased ratings and written feedback in line with project instructions.
  • Complete tasks while meeting the expected standards for quality and productivity.
  • Help strengthen German-language AI systems through spoken evaluation work.
  • Work independently and consistently in a remote setting.

What is required

  • German fluency at a standard working level.
  • Advanced or fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to assess AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and quality.
  • Prior exposure to AI or data work such as machine learning processes, data collection, evaluation, quality assurance, or annotation is an advantage.
  • Careful attention to detail and strong communication ability.
  • Comfort working on your own in a flexible remote environment.
  • Dependable internet access and a device suitable for voice-based work.

Employment details

This is an hourly contract position paying $18 USD per hour. The expected commitment is 10 to 40 hours each week. The role is remote and based in Germany.
