Role overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Specialist in Procurement Governance & Reporting to strengthen transparency, accountability, and control across procurement activities. The role focuses on building governance structures that comply with company policies and regulatory obligations, while also creating reporting capabilities that help leadership monitor procurement performance and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Build, roll out, and continuously improve governance policies and procedures for procurement operations.
- Make sure procurement processes remain consistent with local laws, internal standards, and recognized best practices.
- Create and manage reporting tools and dashboards that support timely, data-led decisions.
- Compile and deliver recurring updates on procurement KPIs, compliance status, and risk findings for senior stakeholders.
- Examine procurement data to spot patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve ways of working.
- Support audits of procurement activities to verify adherence to governance controls and legal requirements.
- Help identify procurement risks across the full procurement lifecycle and contribute to mitigation actions.
- Work closely with teams across the organization to reinforce a governance- and compliance-focused culture.
- Run training sessions and workshops for procurement teams on governance expectations and reporting obligations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement governance, compliance, or reporting in a large organization.
- Strong analytical ability and reporting capability, with hands-on experience using data analytics tools and Excel.
- Good understanding of procurement rules, regulations, and accepted practices in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Well organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle several tasks and projects at once.
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
