About the team
The payroll group in Munich is a small, well-connected, and friendly team of six. Its shared goal is to ensure that every monthly payroll run is accurate, compliant, and on time for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your responsibilities
- Independently manage the monthly payroll process for Germany in DATEV, ensuring accuracy and punctual completion.
- Review and process payroll-relevant matters with a high level of care and quality.
- Prepare monthly reports and statistical analyses.
- Handle reporting and certification documentation.
- Act as a reliable contact for public authorities, health insurance providers, and social security institutions.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of DATEV is essential.
- Very good Excel skills and secure use of MS Office.
- Experience working with external payroll service providers is an advantage.
- A structured, independent working style and a pronounced attention to detail.
