Job description

Role overview

This position focuses on delivering strong field execution across stores in the Eastern Province. The goal is to raise the quality of visual merchandising and in-store communication so that shoppers enjoy a clear, engaging journey that showcases product benefits and brand storytelling, while also helping improve sell-through across a group of stores.

What you will do

  • Implement high standards for visual merchandising and in-store communication to improve the consumer journey across a portfolio of stores.
  • Coach, support, and inspire in-store visual merchandisers so they consistently deliver excellent execution across both DTC and wholesale environments.
  • Share brand and visual merchandising guidelines with store teams and ISVMs so that execution, principles, and accountability remain aligned at store level.
  • Advise teams on store layout, consumer flow, product density, mannequin presentation, color coordination, VM standards, and the correct use of ISC materials, sizes, and specifications.
  • Track retail productivity and prepare reports with practical recommendations for management.
  • Use knowledge of consumer profiles, retail KPIs, and OTG strategy to support informed decisions.
  • Provide field observations and store feedback to the omni-channel team to help shape campaign planning around market and store needs.
  • Support campaign readiness in stores by building plug-and-play setups, collecting installation permits, preparing campaign documentation, and coordinating with suppliers for OCM installations.
  • Spot and communicate process and implementation improvements that can benefit both retail operations and omni-channel teams.
  • Oversee the audit and ordering of VM tools in coordination with the retail and omni teams.
  • Collect, organize, and submit market input on VM and campaign performance for sharing with hub and global teams.
  • Lead new store openings with stakeholders to ensure retail execution matches the store concept and brand standards, while also managing VM team support on site.
  • Strengthen brand execution in key trade zones by auditing and reporting on DTC and WHS touchpoints.
  • Deliver on-the-ground communication and training for wholesale retailers in key trade zones.
  • Provide VM training and in-store support for wholesale partners.
  • Work with the back office team to improve the consumer journey in key wholesale doors.
  • Report observations from field visits, including adidas execution and competitor activations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sports or fashion retail setting with a commercial and customer-focused profile, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • Strong grasp of retail environments, visual merchandising, retail marketing, and in-store presentation.
  • Good understanding of store KPIs, customer service principles, and commercial decision-making.
  • Ability to translate sales and category information into practical in-store merchandising actions.
  • Strong planning and project coordination abilities, with a highly organized and completion-focused approach.
  • Confident interpersonal skills and clear communication in a fast-moving, competitive setting.
  • Ability to influence store teams and build productive working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Comfortable adapting quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, motivating attitude that supports teamwork.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends, based on business needs.
  • Ability to manage a store portfolio across a region.
  • Valid Saudi driver’s license.
