Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of marketing campaigns and activities. This involves managing marketing technologies, generating campaign and capacity reports, overseeing project management tools, keeping vendor and tool records up to date, and performing various administrative duties aimed at improving operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere
- Enhance transparency, accountability, and visibility within marketing teams
- Strategically align marketing reports and strategies with team collaboration
- Train a secondary team member on marketing operations support functions
- Work jointly with the Digital Marketing team to develop dashboards tracking lead volume, quality, and progression
- Utilize marketing data and analytics to support firm-wide marketing alignment and informed business decisions
- Create standardized metrics for leadership reporting such as monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Conduct regular maintenance including data cleansing and integrity checks in CRM and marketing databases
- Maintain and update documentation including SOPs and marketing policies
- Manage the inventory of marketing platforms, contracts, renewal schedules, and their business applications
- Support execution, optimization, and standardization of marketing project management systems such as Asana, ClickUp, or Wrike, through template design and task management
- Configure dashboards to monitor team workload and project backlogs
- Develop, verify, and maintain campaign reporting dashboards within CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Minimum 3 years in data or analytics-related roles
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex challenges
- Experience in process improvements and managing projects
- Ability to collaborate and influence senior executive leadership across various organizational layers
- Results-driven mindset with strong critical thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- Strong organizational aptitude with keen attention to detail
Technical Proficiencies
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua
- Familiarity with CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Dynamics
- Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or Wrike

- Standard office environment with extended computer work periods
