Role overview
This position sits on the Kids Brand Management team in North America and supports the development of seasonal brand stories for a fast-moving, collaborative environment. The role reports to the Director of Kids Brand Management and works closely with teams across Global Kids Brand, Geo Sport Brand, Digital Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Creative, Social & Community Impact, Sports Marketing, and external agency partners.

The team is seeking a motivated marketer who enjoys working in a changing environment and has a strong interest in sport, youth culture, and storytelling. Success in this role requires an eye for detail, quick action, and the ability to contribute to new ideas while learning rapidly. Clear and confident communication is important, whether sharing ideas, coordinating with partners, or putting plans into action.
The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong organization and discipline. They should be able to juggle several priorities at once, stay accountable, and keep work moving across different functions. A solid understanding of how marketing ideas progress from concept through execution is essential, along with a desire to help shape experiences for the next generation of athletes.
Required background
- At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or a closely related area
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a similar discipline is preferred; equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training may also be accepted
- Advanced working knowledge of Keynote, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Airtable
- Proven ability to coordinate several projects in a fast-paced setting
- Strong written, spoken, and visual communication abilities
What you will do
In this role, you will help turn bold marketing ideas into campaigns that resonate with young athletes. As part of the Kids Brand Marketing team, you will contribute to seasonal campaigns, product storytelling, and integrated marketing efforts that connect sport, culture, and community.
- Coordinate product ordering for seeding, influencer activations, and important brand initiatives
- Assist with delivering seasonal marketing plans across several consumer touchpoints
- Maintain schedules and timelines so campaigns launch on time and meet quality expectations
- Work with cross-functional partners to align assets, messaging, and execution details
- Organize marketing materials to keep messaging consistent across digital, retail, and social channels
- Help support product launches, sport-related moments, and consumer experiences that encourage engagement
- Monitor campaign results and surface insights that can improve future impact
