About the Role
Saudi Iwaa For Residential Compounds is hiring in Jeddah for a specialist who will support investment activity, licensing, land-related matters, and coordination with government entities. This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Compensation
The monthly salary starts at SAR 5,000, with the final offer depending on qualifications and professional experience.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a closely related field.
- Between 4 and 7 years of experience in investment, real estate development, licensing, or government relations.
- Working knowledge of real estate regulations, municipal requirements, and electronic government platforms.
- Strong analytical ability, report-writing skills, negotiation capability, and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
