Role overview
Michael Kors is hiring a CRM & Loyalty Specialist to join its Consumer Marketing organization in New York. This position is part of the Global CRM function, which supports database expansion, customer segmentation, the KorsVIP loyalty initiative, and the in-store clienteling app.
The right person will bring a sharp analytical approach, strong troubleshooting ability, and hands-on experience with CRM and CDP systems. The role focuses on turning customer data into actionable insights that strengthen CRM performance, improve engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.
You will support North America while also partnering with teams across Asia and Europe. The work is highly cross-functional and touches both retail and digital operations, with regular collaboration across Creative Services, Legal, Ecommerce, Store Communications, Store Operations, Customer Analytics, IT, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Clienteling, and Email teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain CRM reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs that monitor customer behavior and campaign results, then convert findings into practical recommendations.
- Work closely with marketing teams to uncover opportunities to improve CRM performance and sharpen customer segmentation.
- Serve as a CDP specialist by studying customer data to spot patterns, audience groups, and ways to improve engagement and retention.
- Help bring new CRM tools and technologies into the environment while supporting smooth data movement and reliable system operation.
- Collaborate with the MarTech team during sprint planning so CRM initiatives are properly prioritized and executed.
- Look for ways to strengthen CRM data quality and improve data-management workflows.
- Support loyalty initiatives, including program upgrades, new feature launches, and international rollout efforts.
- Partner with regional teams to shape and execute strategies for growing and sustaining the customer database.
What you need
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- The ability to work from the New York City office three days per week.
- Two to three years of experience in CRM analysis or a closely related role.
- Solid working knowledge of CRM and CDP platforms, plus analytical tools such as SQL, Adobe Analytics, Excel, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
- Strong independent problem-solving ability, while also contributing effectively in a team setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- An analytical approach with the ability to turn data into strategy.
