Role overview
Join AIA Singapore’s marketing, distribution, and partnership function to support the business planning agenda behind its purpose of helping people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. In this position, you will work closely with the Head of Business Planning on management reporting, strategic planning, and support for the MDRT Vision Team.
What you will do
- Compile management reports and presentation packs on schedule, turning data into practical insights that help senior leaders review performance and make decisions.
- Support the gathering and analysis of information requested by different stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact within the division to coordinate data submission to Group Office.
- Build sales targets across locations and products, making sure target distribution is balanced and aligned to business goals.
- Monitor target-setting activities, business performance, and strategic initiatives, and share updates on results in a timely manner.
- Ensure all required metrics are submitted to Group Office within the expected timelines.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to the insurance sector is useful, though a willingness to learn the industry is equally important.
- Good analytical ability, including the capacity to work through complex data and extract meaningful conclusions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the confidence to recommend practical fixes.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with teammates and internal stakeholders.
- Solid commercial understanding, curiosity, and attention to detail when making recommendations.
- A self-driven approach, with a hands-on mindset for resolving issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people across the business.
