Key Responsibilities
- Manage all transactions in accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Record and verify both incoming and outgoing invoices accurately.
- Conduct thorough invoice checks and monitor incoming payments.
- Resolve questions related to invoices and outstanding items.
- Execute dunning procedures for overdue accounts.
- Support the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Clarify accounting issues as necessary.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training in office management, or a degree in business administration.
- Initial experience in accounting, finance, or administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
- Good command of the German language.
- Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and conscientious work approach.
- Motivation to take on new challenges and contribute proactively to the team.
