About the Role
This opportunity is for an experienced Special Education / IEP evaluator who will help assess AI-generated work for quality, accuracy, and presentation. The position is fully remote and suited to someone who can work independently while collaborating asynchronously with a team focused on improving model output quality.

Compensation
The pay for this contract role is $80 to $120 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-produced materials using role-specific quality standards and scoring criteria.
- Spot factual mistakes, visual issues, and formatting or presentation problems in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Write concise, well-organized feedback that helps improve AI output quality.
- Use strong subject-matter knowledge in Special Education / IEP work to assess responses accurately.
- Complete assignments on your own schedule while meeting deadlines in an asynchronous workflow.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Special Education / IEP.
- Strong command of English at a native or professional level.
- Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.
Preferred Background
- A Master's degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
