Job Overview
This position is exempt from the federal civilian hiring freeze. Utilize your legal background to embark on a career as an FBI Special Agent. Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with law enforcement agencies at all levels — federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international.
- Maintain physical fitness levels necessary to meet law enforcement requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- Eligibility to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance.
- Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
- Compliance with FBI employment eligibility standards.
- A bachelor's degree or Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a U.S. accredited institution, preferably with a focus on law or related disciplines; verification via college transcripts is required.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this role is from $93,749 to $133,200 annually, adjusted based on base, locality, and availability pay. The FBI offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support professional development and personal wellbeing.
