About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to transition your accounting and finance expertise into a federal law enforcement career as an FBI special agent. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage investigations into potential breaches of federal laws related to cybersecurity and public safety.
- Use sound judgment and resourcefulness to meet dynamic investigative challenges.
- Establish and maintain effective coordination with law enforcement agencies across federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international levels.
- Maintain physical fitness standards necessary to fulfill law enforcement duties.
Qualifications and Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- Capability to obtain Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance.
- Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
- Fulfillment of FBI Employment Eligibility criteria.
- A bachelor's degree or higher from a U.S. accredited institution, preferably in accounting, business administration, finance, or forensic accounting.
- Degree verification through submission of official college transcripts is required.
- Experience with analytical tools such as R programming language and Tableau is valued.
Additional Information
The salary range for this position is between $93,749 and $133,200 annually, reflecting base pay, locality adjustments, and availability pay.
