Job Overview
This position is exempt from the federal civilian hiring freeze and offers an exceptional chance to leverage your medical background in a dynamic career as an FBI Special Agent. Role and Responsibilities
- Lead investigations into potential breaches of federal laws, cybersecurity threats, and public safety issues.
- Utilize sound judgment, adaptability, and resourcefulness to navigate diverse investigative requirements.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with law enforcement agencies across federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international domains.
- Maintain physical fitness standards essential for performing law enforcement obligations effectively.
Required Qualifications and Conditions
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- Eligibility to acquire a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance.
- Willingness to travel as job duties demand.
- Compliance with the FBI’s employment eligibility criteria.
Educational Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited U.S. institution is required, ideally in medical, health, public safety, or related disciplines. Degree verification through college transcripts is necessary.
Compensation
Salary ranges from $93,749 to $133,200 annually, adjusted based on base pay, geographic locality, and availability pay factors.
