Key duties
The Spa Service Expert supports a range of spa operations, including introducing spa offerings and retail items, handling reservation scheduling, confirming appointments, answering service-related questions, checking in guests, and processing transactions in a way that feels seamless and guest-friendly.
In addition to guest service, the role requires strong attention to workplace standards. The associate is expected to maintain a safe and orderly environment, follow company procedures, uphold quality expectations, and present a professional appearance and communication style at all times.
Working conditions
This is a full-time, non-management position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and it is not remote.
The work involves prolonged standing, sitting, and walking, including movement across slopes, uneven areas, or slippery surfaces. The role also requires frequent use of reservation systems and physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping for items up to 10 pounds unaided and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent GED. No previous related work experience is required, and no supervisory background is needed. No license or certification is specified for this role.
