Role Overview
As the Spa & Recreation Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face for guests using the spa and recreation areas. The role focuses on delivering polished, personalized service, managing bookings and guest communications, and helping the facilities run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors with warmth and deliver highly personalized service consistent with the brands' luxury standards.
- Organize spa and recreation reservations, appointments, and schedules through the booking system.
- Respond to questions about treatments, facilities, memberships, opening times, and promotions in a professional manner.
- Carry out guest check-in and check-out processes, including billing and payment handling.
- Keep the reception space neat, professional, and well organized.
- Act as a communication link between therapists, recreation staff, and guests to support seamless operations.
- Encourage use of spa services, wellness offerings, memberships, and retail products to help achieve revenue goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate guest records, including preferences and appointment history.
- Deal with guest requests and concerns quickly, discreetly, and professionally.
- Oversee cleanliness and presentation in the reception and recreation areas.
- Assist with the daily opening and closing routines for spa and recreation facilities.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
- Build strong knowledge of treatments, recreational amenities, and wider hotel offerings.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Take part in training and ongoing learning to maintain luxury hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in spa, wellness, recreation, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
- A diploma or certification in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a similar area is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal ability.
- Well-developed organization and multitasking skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and spa or hotel management software is preferred.
- Professional presentation and a guest-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial.
