Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and advise guests regarding spa treatments and products.
• Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling efficiently.
• Assist with administrative duties using the ASA system.
• Serve as the primary contact person for guests and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the spa area.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in spa/wellness, commercial sectors or openness as a career changer.
• Strong motivation to learn and enjoy engaging with people.
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
• Team player with a pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Reliable and capable of working independently.
