Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a professional and friendly manner.
• Explain the health and wellness advantages of the therapy rooms to members.
• Ensure the spa area is consistently clean, orderly, and maintained to premium standards.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming environment that encourages team belonging and performance.

• Proven experience delivering premium customer service.
• Strong passion for health, wellness, and holistic wellbeing.
