Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the culinary brigade with hands-on guidance, emphasizing operations in outlets or banquets.
- Manage kitchen workflow by preparing production lists, overseeing line checks, and ensuring timely service.
- Create and update seasonal menus, promotional items, and daily specials to enhance guest offerings.
- Encourage cooperation between kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless service run.
- Support administrative tasks such as inventory oversight, procurement, and scheduling.
- Ensure full compliance with health, sanitation, safety, and alcohol regulations to maintain high standards for guests and staff.
