About the Role
This opportunity is for a Sourcing Specialist focused on healthcare talent acquisition within a growing organization committed to delivering outstanding care. The specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates across both clinical and non-clinical healthcare areas. This role combines strategic sourcing with relationship management and recruitment activities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing plans to find suitable candidates for present and future hiring requirements.
- Establish and nurture talent pools through various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, direct outreach, and other innovative sourcing means.
- Conduct focused candidate outreach using email, phone, text, and social media to engage both active and passive job seekers.
- Develop compelling job postings, social content, and candidate communications to enhance employer visibility and attract talent.
- Collaborate with recruitment and hiring teams to comprehend job roles, workforce demands, and hiring objectives.
- Maintain precise candidate records and recruitment data within applicant tracking and sourcing systems.
- Support recruitment-related events and lead generation initiatives when necessary.
- Track labor market trends and advances in sourcing technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
- Between 1-2 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing.
- Preferably experienced in healthcare recruitment involving clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Familiarity with advanced sourcing methodologies including Boolean searches, social recruiting, and passive talent engagement.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, social media tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to operate autonomously while working collaboratively across functions.
