Position Overview
We are seeking professionals for two key roles: Sourcing Manager and Closing Manager, both pivotal in driving sales and client engagement in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
Sourcing Manager
- Identify and generate high-quality leads utilizing diverse sourcing channels.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with channel partners to support sourcing activities.
- Organize site visits and actively manage the sales pipeline to ensure steady progress.
- Collaborate closely with the closing team to enhance conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed predetermined sourcing targets.
Closing Manager
- Convert pre-qualified leads into confirmed property bookings by executing effective sales strategies.
- Lead site visits and deliver detailed project presentations to prospective clients.
- Handle negotiations and finalize sales agreements efficiently.
- Develop and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to promote loyalty and referrals.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales goals.
