Overview
This position is offered by a partner company seeking a Solutions Consultant specialized in pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, located in Germany. The role involves enabling organizations in these industries to embrace cutting-edge digital solutions that solve intricate challenges. You will act as a pivotal liaison between client requirements and technical delivery, working closely with multiple teams to formulate customized solution strategies, conduct compelling product demonstrations, and manage proof-of-concept projects. Engaging with senior executives and supporting sales initiatives, you will also provide critical market feedback that guides product development. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical consultations with potential clients to explore business goals, technological environments, integration needs, and regulatory frameworks.
- Create bespoke solution blueprints and implementation plans aligned to customer expectations.
- Present tailored product demonstrations that highlight relevant workflows and value to various stakeholders.
- Lead proof-of-concept implementations, monitoring success criteria fulfillment.
- Develop financial justifications including ROI calculations, cost analyses, and business case documentation supporting client investment choices.
- Craft precise and persuasive technical replies to RFPs and RFIs reflecting product strengths.
- Represent customer perspectives by transmitting market trends, enhancement requests, and competitor insights to product and development teams.
- Work in close partnership with sales, product management, and delivery units to assure a smooth pre-sales customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of industry experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships and building trust with clients.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical operations, regulations, and sector challenges.
- Competent in designing customer-centric solutions translating business demands into technical proposals.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation to inform strategic choices.
- Excellent consulting, strategic problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional presentation, proposal development, and communication skills.
- Adaptability to dynamic customer needs and evolving industry trends while upholding attention to detail.

- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
