Responsibilities

• Edit about 50-60 real estate images daily ensuring uniform quality, accuracy, and appealing visuals.
• Enhance aerial drone photography by incorporating landmarks, labels, annotations, or overlays to emphasize property features.
• Perform complex image adjustments such as color correction, sky replacement, perspective adjustments, object removals, compositing, and retouching.
• Use software including Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom to deliver polished images.
• Interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and related documents to create precise visual representations.
• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to align with project goals, brand standards, and deadlines.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently within a fast-paced, high-volume production setting.
• Assist with additional administrative and operational duties to support team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in photo editing, preferably related to real estate.
• Demonstrated expertise editing drone images, including adding visual elements like landmarks and annotations.
• Proficient with Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer, along with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Knowledgeable about architectural drawings, blueprints, and property documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to sustain high-quality output through large workloads.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Effective communication skills suited for a fully remote team environment.
