Key Responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims efficiently.
- Prepare legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, expert instructions, and correspondence.

- Provide high client care levels with empathy and focus on client needs.
- Ensure timely progress of cases adhering to all regulatory and procedural standards.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified solicitor experienced in clinical negligence or personal injury litigation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for claimant clinical negligence cases.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and handle sensitive issues empathetically.
