About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological initial assessments, worksite evaluations, functional analyses, and early intervention assessments.
- Provide Vocational and Adjustment to Injury counseling services to clients.
- Identify barriers to Return to Work (RTW) and design, implement, and monitor programs facilitating injured employees’ reintegration into the workforce.
- Carry out Vocational Assessments and Transferable Skills Analyses to assess client capabilities.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to ensure appropriate outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work with current membership, or eligibility to obtain membership, in the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Possession of a current driver's license and vehicle to enable travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
- Effective time management with punctuality.
