Social Worker - Rehabilitation Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological initial assessments, worksite evaluations, functional analyses, and early intervention assessments.
• Provide Vocational and Adjustment to Injury counseling services to clients.
• Identify barriers to Return to Work (RTW) and design, implement, and monitor programs facilitating injured employees’ reintegration into the workforce.
• Carry out Vocational Assessments and Transferable Skills Analyses to assess client capabilities.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to ensure appropriate outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work with current membership, or eligibility to obtain membership, in the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
• Possession of a current driver's license and vehicle to enable travel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
• Effective time management with punctuality.
