Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Social Video Producer with a creative edge to elevate our social media video content across platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. This role involves crafting unique, engaging social-first videos including skits, product launches, teasers, and campaign content, pushing beyond conventional B2B templates.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Create compelling social media videos aligning with brand identity but infused with personal creative flair.
- Operate as a hands-on shooter, directing and capturing footage with diverse contributors including creators and company spokespeople, ensuring authentic and natural on-camera presence.
- Deliver edits tailored specifically for each social platform, understanding nuanced formats and emphasizing impactful openings.
- Incorporate motion graphics and design elements using tools like After Effects and Figma without relying on generic templates.
- Bring proactive ideas to the table, enhancing footage with innovative edits and narrative suggestions.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of platform dynamics to outsmart audience expectations subtly.
- Work independently with maturity, recognizing when revisions are needed and confidently finalizing projects.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience with generative AI tools such as Google Veo3 or Pika.
- Design proficiency to augment visual storytelling.
- Background in B2B or SaaS content production is advantageous.
Location & Work Setup
This full-time role is based in London with a hybrid schedule requiring three office days per week.
