  • Collaborate with Communications and Marketing Managers and campaign teams to develop and maintain comprehensive content schedules.
  • Stay attuned to platform trends, algorithm changes, audience patterns, and content possibilities, adapting strategies for enhanced awareness and influence.
  • Analyze social media performance meticulously to evaluate effectiveness and derive insights for continuous content strategy improvement.
  • Participate on-camera for various content types such as education, campaigns, behind-the-scenes, reactions, and trends.
  • Simplify complex animal protection themes into compelling, emotionally impactful content accessible to broad audiences.
  • Work jointly with designers, video editors, campaigners, investigators, and other stakeholders to produce timely, accurate, and creative content.
  • Create diverse social-first materials, including written copy, short videos, graphics concepts, captions, influential threads, reels, stories, and platform-native formats.

  • Scout and capitalize on opportunities for partnerships with influencers, creators, supporting organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the role.

  • Documented ability to grow organic social media channels and generate measurable engagement.
  • Knowledgeable in paid social media strategies such as boosting and targeted campaigns to complement organic growth.
  • Proficient with social media analytics tools, interpreting data to inform content decisions; experience with paid social tactics enhancing organic efforts is advantageous.
  • Skillful in producing engaging short-form video content and comfortable being a visible organizational representative on camera.
