Role Overview
NeuraGeek is looking for a part-time Social Media Strategist to handle its Instagram and TikTok channels with a strong emphasis on organic growth. The position is based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, and is designed for someone who can shape campaigns, maintain a steady posting rhythm, and build meaningful engagement with the audience.
What the Role Focuses On
This role is not for a content creator. Most visual and written assets will be supplied by affiliates, ambassadors, or the internal team. Your job is to organize that material into clear campaign plans, publish consistently, interact with followers, and identify what content drives results for NeuraGeek’s growth in Cambridge student markets.
Core Work
You will be responsible for planning organic campaigns, scheduling content, writing captions, responding to comments and direct messages, coordinating with affiliates and creators, spotting student-led trends, proposing campaign ideas, and sharing weekly performance updates covering growth, engagement, reach, and conversions.
Who They Want
NeuraGeek is seeking someone who understands student audiences, the culture of Instagram and TikTok, and how organic social media growth works. The team is specifically looking for authentic thinking and ideas that feel natural, not forced.

Compensation
The pay for this position can be as high as 20,000, with the final amount depending on prior experience.
