Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing social media accounts for multiple clients, helping to articulate each brand's unique voice and meet their social media goals.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of major social media platforms, content strategies, new trends, industry best practices, and important performance indicators.
  • Create engaging short-form video content, use graphic design tools like Canva, and develop Instagram Stories and static visuals customized to align with each client's brand voice, target audience, and goals.
  • Adopt a strategic mindset and contribute fresh ideas, content suggestions, and performance evaluations confidently.
  • Engage directly with clients by attending meetings, presenting ideas, discussing strategies and outcomes, and providing professional recommendations.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of handling 8 to 12 client accounts simultaneously along with multiple deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
  • Maintain a collaborative and proactive approach, eager to learn and grow, and be willing to travel occasionally for on-site content creation and client meetings.
