About the Role
Logitech is looking for a creative, strategic, and metrics-oriented Social Media Specialist to shape the Logitech for Business (L4B) presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit through both organic and paid efforts. In this role, you will build social strategies, produce engaging content, run paid campaigns, nurture community interaction, and evaluate results to support engagement, demand generation, and business growth.
Reporting to the Head of Communications for Logitech for Business, you will work closely with the marketing and demand generation teams to highlight L4B solutions through original social content and targeted paid distribution.
This position calls for solid B2B social media experience, including hands-on ownership of organic strategy and paid campaign execution, along with strong analytical skills, goal setting, and ongoing optimization across digital channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Create and execute a full social media plan across organic and paid channels, with the strongest emphasis on LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Manage the social content calendar and keep publishing aligned with business priorities and campaign schedules.
- Work with the demand generation team to build integrated paid social programs, including boosted posts, sponsored content, and LinkedIn lead-generation campaigns.
- Develop content that can perform well both organically and when amplified through paid promotion.
- Define measurable KPIs for organic growth, paid media outcomes, and overall return on investment.
- Produce visually engaging creative using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop.
- Edit short-form videos tailored for the LinkedIn feed and YouTube Shorts.
- Turn long-form assets into social-first content suitable for organic distribution and paid use.
- Modify creative assets so they fit paid social ad formats and platform specifications.
- Keep up with trending topics, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to guide content decisions.
- Own and improve the YouTube workflow from start to finish.
- Monitor and reply to comments to strengthen community engagement and brand affinity.
- Maintain and optimize the LinkedIn Company Page, including showcase pages and employee advocacy efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies as needed.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid LinkedIn campaigns.
- Manage budgets, bidding approaches, and audience targeting to improve efficiency and conversions.
- Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and targeting to steadily improve campaign results.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports covering organic metrics such as views, watch time, engagement rate, and follower growth, as well as paid metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and leads.
- Turn performance data into practical recommendations for content improvements and paid campaign updates.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support strategy refinement.
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Review campaign performance daily and make real-time changes to improve click-through rates.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing B2B social media accounts with proven success in both organic content strategy and paid social campaign execution.
- Strong background in paid social, especially running LinkedIn campaigns, handling budgets, and improving lead generation and conversion performance.
- Ability to create, edit, and design content, including assets intended for paid advertising.
- Working knowledge of YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn best practices, and core paid social advertising principles.
- Strong copywriting ability with the flexibility to adjust voice and tone for IT decision-makers in a B2B environment.
- Comfort using social analytics tools and campaign dashboards to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Excellent organization skills to juggle deadlines, maintain calendars, and coordinate multiple initiatives at once.
- Experience managing paid media budgets while demonstrating ROI.
Education
A BA or BS is preferred, though equivalent professional experience can also meet this requirement.
Location and Work Model
This is a full-time hybrid role. Logitech’s location strategy for this position focuses on metro areas including San Jose, CA; Irvine, CA; Camas, WA; Dallas, TX; and Toronto, Canada.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range is typically $56,000 to $112,000, depending on location and experience. In some cases, higher pay may be offered based on business needs, candidate background, and skill set.
