This position involves strategizing, scripting, and organizing short-form video outputs tailored for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will ensure brand consistency through a unified voice, visual style, and content scheduling. Collaboration with content creators and designers will be essential to develop engaging reels, carousel posts, and content aimed at raising awareness. Monitoring engagement and growth analytics regularly will help refine content strategies. The role also demands staying current with trending content formats and aligning ideas to audience preferences.
Skills and Requirements
Candidates must be proficient in creating content using Hinglish and possess foundational knowledge of social media metrics and analytics tools. Experience working with scriptwriters, video editors, and graphic designers to produce cohesive content is imperative. Preference will be given to professionals who have managed multiple social media accounts concurrently.
