Job description

About the Role

Logitech is looking for a creative, strategic, and analytics-oriented Social Media Specialist to own the Logitech for Business presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit. The role combines organic storytelling with paid amplification to build awareness, generate demand, and support business growth.

Reporting to the Head of Communications for Logitech for Business, you will work closely with marketing and demand generation partners to promote Logitech for Business solutions through content-led campaigns and performance-driven media activity. This position calls for hands-on B2B social media experience, including both content strategy and paid campaign execution, along with a strong comfort level with measurement, goal setting, and optimization.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to shape the social strategy, manage channel execution, and continuously improve performance across organic and paid social efforts.

  • Build and run an end-to-end social media strategy across organic and paid channels, with LinkedIn and YouTube as the main focus.
  • Maintain the content calendar and ensure publishing stays aligned with business priorities and campaign schedules.
  • Work with the Demand Generation team to plan integrated paid social programs such as boosted posts, sponsored content, and LinkedIn lead generation initiatives.
  • Create content that can perform effectively both as organic posts and as paid media assets.
  • Define measurable KPIs for growth, paid campaign outcomes, and return on investment.
  • Design visual assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop.
  • Edit short-form video for LinkedIn feeds and YouTube Shorts.
  • Transform long-form content into social-friendly assets for organic and paid use.
  • Reformat creative for paid social specifications and placement requirements.
  • Keep up with trends, algorithm shifts, and platform best practices.
  • Manage the full YouTube workflow from publication through optimization.
  • Monitor and respond to audience comments to strengthen community engagement and brand affinity.
  • Oversee LinkedIn Company Page optimization, including showcase pages and employee advocacy efforts.
  • Coordinate agency relationships.
  • Plan, launch, and improve paid LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, bidding approaches, and audience targeting to improve efficiency and conversions.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creative, ad copy, and targeting variables.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports covering organic metrics and paid performance indicators.
  • Turn performance data into practical recommendations for content and campaign improvements.
  • Share results and strategic recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to surface growth opportunities.
  • Review campaign results daily and make real-time adjustments to improve click-through rates.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of B2B social media expertise, creative production ability, and data-driven campaign management experience.

  • Demonstrated success managing B2B social accounts with experience in both organic strategy and paid social execution.
  • Strong background in LinkedIn paid media, including budget management and lead generation or conversion-focused optimization.
  • Ability to produce and edit video and graphic content suitable for paid promotion.
  • Working knowledge of YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn best practices, and paid social advertising fundamentals.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for IT and business decision-makers.
  • Experience writing persuasive ad copy.
  • Comfort with social analytics tools and paid media dashboards, plus the ability to extract insights and act on them.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple deadlines, calendars, and parallel workstreams.
  • Experience handling paid social budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI.
  • BA/BS preferred, though equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.
