This is a fully hands-on position covering the complete content lifecycle, from capturing photos and videos on campus to creating, editing, designing and publishing material across LAAT’s digital channels.
The postholder will take ownership of LAAT’s online presence, help expand audience reach and ensure the institution is presented consistently, professionally and engagingly across every platform.

- Create content that genuinely reflects LAAT’s values, culture and student experience.
Social media management
- Oversee and develop LAAT’s presence on platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Build and keep a content calendar to support regular, well-timed publishing.
- Write persuasive captions, posts and copy suited to each channel and audience.
- Track comments, direct messages and other interactions, and reply quickly and professionally.
- Increase reach, engagement and follower growth through organic activity.
Website and digital content
- Prepare, refresh and maintain content on the LAAT website.
- Publish news, events, blogs and promotional updates promptly.
- Keep website content accurate, current and consistent with brand standards.
- Work with relevant teams to ensure course and programme details remain up to date.
Analytics and reporting
- Review performance data across social platforms and the website.
- Share regular updates on reach, engagement, audience growth and campaign results.
- Apply insights from data to refine content strategy and improve audience interaction.
Brand and communications
- Make sure all content follows LAAT’s identity, tone of voice and visual rules.
- Help plan and deliver social media campaigns and promotional activity.
- Partner with academic, admissions and operations teams to promote events, open days and major milestones.
- Keep current with social media developments, platform changes and best practice.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrable experience managing social media for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong ability in photography and videography, including both shooting and editing.

- Good organisational ability and the capacity to juggle several deadlines and projects at once.
- A creative visual approach with a strong eye for consistency and branding.
- Experience managing and updating website content.
Desirable Experience
