Overview
We are seeking a talented and proactive Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive to become part of our expanding corporate gifting and printing team based in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai. This full-time role involves handling diverse design projects for print media and corporate branding products, along with managing and enhancing our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design professional corporate identity cards, customized certificates, and branding stickers.
- Create visually appealing multi-page brochures and product catalog layouts tailored for print.
- Prepare print-ready files with precise dimensions, bleed specifications, and CMYK color profiles.
- Collaborate closely with the print production team to ensure final outputs meet quality standards.
- Capture and edit high-quality short-form videos such as reels or shorts highlighting completed projects.
- Manage and schedule consistent posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to promote corporate gifting and printing services digitally.
- Craft engaging captions and conduct hashtag research to optimize organic reach and lead generation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and preferably CorelDRAW suited for printing requirements.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or InShot to produce polished short videos.
- Strong grasp of print design fundamentals including typography, alignment, and layout principles.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and current trends on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi to compose professional captions.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive monthly salary ranging between INR 15,000 and INR 20,000 based on experience and portfolio quality.
