Job description
About VitalityWave GmbH
VitalityWave GmbH is dedicated to creating digital prevention programs reimbursed by statutory health insurers (§20 SGB V) and corporate health solutions for enterprises. Our mission is to make health accessible, scientifically grounded, digital, and often free for end users. Our young, fast-growing team from the Frankfurt metropolitan area is transforming a strong idea into a recognizable brand.
Role Overview
We offer you genuine responsibility for managing our social media presence, covering everything from strategy to content creation and performance reporting. You will manage multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently managing the editorial calendar, posting, and community engagement across social channels.
- Collaborating with course partners and creators—including well-known health experts and influencers—to plan and produce engaging content.
- Planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and possibly Google, focusing on customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyzing campaign performance, drawing learnings, and experimenting with new creatives and landing pages using A/B testing.
- Introducing innovative ideas and exploring emerging trends ahead of wider adoption.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Media, Communication, Business Administration, or similar, with at least one year remaining.
- Passionate about social media, understanding platforms, formats, and engagement mechanics.
- Some experience with content creation tools like CapCut or Canva and/or Meta Ads Manager is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Data-driven mindset, independent working style, and a keen interest in health and prevention topics.
- Fluent proficiency in German is required.
What We Offer
- Significant responsibility from day one, owning our social media channels rather than performing trivial tasks.
- Direct communication with management enabling quick decisions without bureaucratic delays.
- Creative freedom where your ideas will be implemented, not shelved.
- Flexible hybrid work model allowing remote work and accommodation of exam periods.
- Fair compensation reflecting your contributions.
- Meaningful work that supports improving people’s health.
- Opportunity to collaborate with inspiring creators and experts while witnessing a startup’s growth firsthand.
Working Conditions
Approximately 10–20 hours per week with a start date as soon as possible or by arrangement. Work can be conducted hybrid from Frankfurt, Eschborn, or remotely.
