About the Role
Spencer Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent automotive brand to find a creative and highly organized Social Media Executive based in Dublin 12. This full-time, onsite role requires a dynamic individual passionate about creating engaging short-form video content and managing multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos at events, dealership locations, product launches, sponsorship activations, and press launches.
- Create and edit compelling short-form videos tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Oversee and respond to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions across all social media channels.
- Maintain and schedule content on a well-organized social media calendar.
- Support dealership teams with their social media activities and content needs.
- Collaborate with fleet and aftersales teams to produce customer-centric content like vehicle handovers.
- Customize content appropriately for varying platforms and target audiences to ensure brand consistency.
- Assist with broader marketing campaigns and business initiatives as required.
- Monitor social media engagement and identify strategies to improve reach and interaction.
Candidate Profile
- At least two years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong skills in photography and video production, including editing of short-form videos.
- Deep familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other major social networks.
- Proven ability to manage and nurture online communities, handling comments and direct messages effectively.
- Excellent written communication with attentive detail to content accuracy and brand identity.
- Highly organized, capable of managing a busy and dynamic content calendar.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable working in live event settings, product launches, and dealership environments.
- Possession of a valid full driving license is mandatory.
Additional Information
Experience in automotive, retail, consumer brands, events, or sponsorship sectors is advantageous but not mandatory. The role offers a competitive base salary, attractive bonuses, and includes a company car as part of the compensation package.
