Role overview
The company is hiring a creative, execution-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to take charge of its full brand presence. This position covers the entire content workflow, from shaping social media strategy and producing content to preparing marketing materials and making engaging video content and reels.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and expand the company’s presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Develop polished social media assets such as posts, carousels, reels, videos, and related content.
- Build and manage a monthly publishing calendar.
- Draft engaging captions, promotional copy, and marketing messaging.
- Design brochures, catalogues, presentations, flyers, and other branded materials.
- Film, edit, and publish short-form videos and reels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand products and convert them into compelling marketing content.
- Ensure brand identity remains consistent across all channels.
- Monitor social media results and improve content using performance insights.
- Work across industries including interior design, EV charging, and furniture.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating posts, videos, reels, and other marketing creatives.
- Comfort using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or comparable tools.
- Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
- Prior experience managing business accounts on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Capability to independently handle end-to-end marketing content execution.
- Must be located in Faridabad or willing to move there.
Preferred profile
- Background working with startups.
- Working knowledge of branding and digital marketing.
- Photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.

Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 2,50,000 to 3,00,000.
