About the Role
Soku Creation invites applications for the position of Social Media & E-commerce Executive, specifically seeking female candidates to join their Jaipur team.
Working Hours
The employment entails working from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage activities on various social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Develop and schedule engaging content such as posts, reels, and stories.
- Address customer queries received via social media platforms.
- Maintain the e-commerce website by uploading and modifying product details such as images, descriptions, pricing, and stock levels.
- Collaborate closely with the design and production teams for the launch of new products.
- Support digital marketing efforts and promotional initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Fundamental understanding of social media marketing.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi communication.
- Basic skills in design applications like Canva or Photoshop are advantageous.
- General computer literacy coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
