Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media & Marketing Executive to support our expanding team. This role involves ownership of social media strategies, content scheduling, and managing daily activities across a diverse client portfolio, while also contributing to wider marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, website management, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media content schedules and publication to ensure consistent posting for clients.
- Create and update content calendars for all managed accounts.
- Communicate with creative teams to guarantee timely content delivery.
- Assist with influencer campaign coordination from initial outreach through approvals.
- Track social media engagement and highlight key insights and trends.
- Develop and maintain marketing calendars for multiple brands.
- Organize film and content shoots, ensuring alignment of all participants.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of strategic meetings including agenda setting.
- Arrange monthly client meetings for leadership.
- Distribute monthly performance reports to clients.
- Coordinate and schedule email newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, and Klaviyo.
- Update client websites via WordPress, Squarespace, and Webflow in line with content strategies.
- Manage internal organizational tools such as trackers, folders, and workflow systems.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and task completion across teams.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and content systems.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2 to 4 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or creative industries.
- Exemplary writing and communication skills with a keen understanding of brand voice and tone.
- Adept at handling multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical yet creative, comfortable using data analytics tools and aware of current social media trends.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytic platforms like Sprout or DashThis is advantageous.
