Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Coordinator is a creative and detail-oriented professional responsible for narrating the company's story to clients, the industry, and employees. This role collaborates closely with project teams and leadership to transform technical accomplishments into engaging stories, while ensuring the brand remains consistent across all offices and sites.
Key Duties
- Craft exceptional marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, qualification packages, and proposals.
- Translate complex project information into captivating content for websites, social media platforms, press releases, and award entries.
- Keep marketing resources up to date, including resumes, project details, presentation assets, CRM data, and digital libraries.
- Act as a brand custodian, safeguarding a uniform voice and visual identity throughout the organization.
- Develop, update, and manage website content.
- Lead social media efforts and digital marketing campaigns across company channels.
- Attend and document internal events, office happenings, and other company initiatives in the Atlanta office.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality, precision, and timeliness.
- Remain informed about current industry trends and best marketing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of marketing experience, ideally within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector.
- Skilled in creating tailored content for targeted audiences.
- Strong multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), Microsoft Office, Digital Asset Management systems, and email marketing software.
