Social Media Marketing Executive

Role Overview

The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for strategizing and executing daily content plans across multiple platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook for two brands — Franz & Filo Bakers and Azubiba. This role involves running paid advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a daily content calendar featuring posts, reels, graphics, and testimonials for both brands on social media channels.
• Execute and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads to attract leads for both businesses.
• Utilize AI technologies like ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate content drafting, ideation, and caption creation.
• Engage with inbound direct messages and comments, performing initial qualification of leads before passing them to Sales Executives.
• Collaborate closely with B2B Sales Executives from the bakery and German Pathway divisions to synchronize content and campaigns with targeted accounts and audience groups.
• Update and maintain the Google Business Profile and content on company websites or landing pages when relevant.
• Accurately record leads and their sources within the Odoo CRM system.
• Monitor and report weekly on metrics such as reach, lead generation, and cost per lead separately for each brand.
• Assist recruitment efforts by creating visual content to promote open job opportunities.
• Translate and localize essential content into Hindi and Marathi as needed.
• Occasionally visit the bakery or office locations in person to capture authentic photos and videos for marketing use.

Salary and Location

This position offers a monthly compensation package ranging from INR 17,000 to INR 25,000 and is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
