About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager who can oversee Mintlayer’s community channels, with a strong focus on Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, and Discord. The role is central to keeping the audience engaged, answering questions, and supporting users with issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and moderate Mintlayer’s activity across Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, and Discord.
- Engage directly with community members by responding to questions and encouraging meaningful conversations.
- Create and execute approaches that strengthen community participation and interaction.
- Track channel activity for emerging trends, feedback, and useful audience insights.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure the brand voice stays consistent.
- Handle community concerns and provide clear, timely, and accurate support.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfort managing several social platforms at once in a busy, fast-moving environment.
